Product description

The TRM-30M is a single-phase digital relay designed to protect sensitive equipment against overcurrents , overvoltages, and undervoltages.
The device allows precise setting of the current limit and delay and displays the measured voltage and current values on a two-line display. A current transformer is included.

Main functions

• Overload protection: adjustable current 0.5 ... 30 A

• Over voltage protection: activation at voltage > 250 V (fixed)

• Under voltage protection: activation at voltage < 150 V (fixed)

• Voltage hysteresis: 5 V

• Voltage error delay: 2 s

• Voltage error reset: 2 s

• Two-line LED display:

  • Upper line - voltage and overcurrent

  • Lower line - delay time and current

• "OUT" LED status indication.

Operating principle

• When power is turned on, the set overcurrent value and delay time are displayed.

• The device monitors the voltage between the phase conductor and neutral and the current drawn from the network.

• If the set values are exceeded, the relay enters error state:

  • NO contact open, NC contact closed

  • The "OUT" LED turns off

  • The corresponding display flashes

Protection functions

• Overload (overcurrent): when the set current and delay time are exceeded

• Over voltage: when voltage is above 250 V (automatic reset when voltage falls below 245 V)

• Under voltage: when voltage is below 150 V (automatic reset after rising above 155 V)

Signaling

• Upper display blinks: high or low voltage error

• Lower display blinks: high current error

• LED OUT: lit during normal operation
