- Timeframe for processing your order or complaint. Your orders will be processed within a maximum of 2 working days (48 hours, this period may be extended by rest days and holidays common in the Czech Republic).
Right of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods (or the last product, partial delivery or last unit in the case of a purchase contract for multiple items from a single order, or delivery of products in several partial deliveries or units).
- Where can you exercise your rights? If you decide to withdraw from the purchase contract, inform us through your user account. Alternatively, contact us by email shop@pelek.eu or by phone +420774242766. Withdrawal from the purchase contract can be made by any clear statement (e.g., by email). For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
- Address for sending the returned goods. The return label is usually available in the user account at pelek.eu. If we do not provide a label for returning the goods, use this address for sending: Principal Elektrik s.r.o., Kirilovova 181, 739 21 Paskov. Alternatively, contact us by email shop@pelek.eu or by phone +420774242766 to secure your return rights and arrange an individual procedure.
- Timely withdrawal from the contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline from the purchase contract, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal from the Purchase Contract
- What happens if you withdraw from the purchase contract? In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, we will return all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the most advantageous standard delivery we offer), without undue delay, within a maximum of fourteen days from the day we receive the notification of your withdrawal from the purchase contract.
- Refund. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will fees be charged due to this refund. We may refuse the refund if we do not receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
- Obligation to return the goods. You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay, within a maximum of fourteen days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal from the purchase contract. The deadline is met if the goods are sent before the end of this period.
- Costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer. If the value of the returned product exceeds 990 CZK excluding shipping (i.e., from 990.01 CZK), we will cover the direct costs of return transport. The direct costs of returning goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by regular mail are your responsibility.
- Reduction in the value of the goods. In case of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you are responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned or forwarded goods that occurred due to handling the goods in a way other than necessary to familiarize yourself with the nature and characteristics of the goods. If we receive damaged or incomplete goods, we will offset our claim for damages with the purchase price you request to be refunded. We will always assess the specific case to determine the degree of damage, depreciation of the goods, and determine the corresponding reduced value. We will inform you about these steps at the provided email.
- Impossibility to withdraw from the purchase contract. These cases are described in detail in art. 3.6 of the General Terms and Conditions.
