DJ-A96T - Three-phase digital panel ammeter

The DJ-A96T three-phase digital ammeter is designed for precise current monitoring in three-phase systems. It can display the instantaneous load on each phase L1, L2, L3 using external current transformers (CT). The device offers a clear display, simple setup, and reliable operation.

Main features

  • Current measurement in three-phase systems

  • Separate reading for phases L1, L2, L3

  • Measurement with external current transformers

  • Easy CT ratio adjustment

  • Large and readable display - 3×4 digits, 14 mm height

  • Compact panel design

Technical parameters of the ammeter

  • Power supply voltage: 230 V AC

  • Device consumption: < 4 VA

  • Current measurement range: 0.1...5.5 A

  • Supported CT range: 5/5 A to 5000/5 A

  • Measurement accuracy: ±2%

  • Display: LED, 3×4 digits, 14 mm height

  • Dimensions: 97,2 × 97,2 mm

  • Cutout dimension: 91 × 91 mm

  • Depth: 45 mm

  • The package does not include current transformers (can be purchased separately)

Operating principle and definitions

  1. Connect the device according to the electrical diagram.

  2. Connect the current transformers according to the expected current in the system (conversion xxxx/5 A).

  3. Connect the CT cables to the "kx" and "lx" terminals. The CT output must not exceed 5 A.

  4. After turning on the power supply, press and hold the "Menu" button for 2 seconds.

  5. Use the Up/Down buttons to adjust the conversion of the TCs used.

  6. Save the settings by pressing and holding the "Menu" button.

  7. When the load is connected, the ammeter starts measuring and displaying the current.

Note: Current transformers must always be grounded for safety reasons.

Technical characteristics of the solid state output relay

(This time, the listed parameters correspond to the SSR - if it needs to be separated, I can split it).

  • Relay type: solid state

  • Control voltage (input): 3...32 V DC

  • Switching voltage: 24...480 V AC (not suitable for motors)

  • Switching voltage drop: < 3 V

  • Activation current: 5 mA

  • Coil voltage: 3...32 V DC

  • Maximum switching current: 25 A

  • Insulation resistance: 2500 V AC

  • Switching method: turn on when the current passes through zero-crossing
