The Principal Electric Company presents a new product line - cam-operated packet switches manufactured by Opas (Turkey). Opas started its activity in 1982 in Istanbul. For 40 years, it has been providing innovative solutions to the cam switch market and successfully exports its products to 20 different countries.

Cam switches are designed for:

• control of mechanisms driven by three-phase and single-phase motors, changing the connection of AC motor windings (star-delta), changing the direction of rotation;
• control and signaling in operational circuits;
• to ensure switching of operating modes of heating devices;
• to turn on and off the drive of sectional disconnecting mechanisms at transformer stations.

Our new line of rotary switches offers a wide range of connections for different numbers of poles and different rated currents.

You can choose a switch according to its purpose and the technical characteristics of the circuit.

For example, to turn the load on and off on the line, select the "0-1" scheme, and to switch to a parallel line (reverse load, backup source) - "1-2" or "1-0-2". To switch between different operating modes of the device (normal speed, heating temperature), you will need the "0-1-2-3" scheme. Additionally, you can choose a special switch for a voltmeter or ammeter or a "star/delta" switch.
